Scott Lindsay
Scott trained at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design and received a first class honours degree. Whilst a student, he spent a year with Simpson & Brown and was involved in a variety of work including steading conversions, visitor centres, private houses and the conservation of an A-listed country house.
Scott returned to Simpson & Brown in 2003 and gained his professional qualification in 2005. He was involved with the alteration and repair to Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s Queen’s Cross Church in Glasgow. Scott was the project architect for Stewart’s Melville College Performing Arts Centre which provided the A-listed Old College building with a venue for drama and music productions, chamber concerts, and conferences.
Scott is currently the project architect for alteration and extension to a highland shooting lodge and is also involved in overseas work. Scott is responsible for organising continuing professional development within the office.
