Tyne Theatre & Opera House, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Simpson & Brown have completed the draft stage of a conservation plan for the Tyne Theatre and Opera House. This is a wonderful surviving 19th century theatre on Westgate Road in Newcastle. The building is remarkable for the survival and restoration of its Victorian stage scenery. The conservation plan makes an assessment of the very complicated building history of the site.
