Auchinleck House

The category A-listed Auchinleck House was built between 1755 and 1762. A full restoration was carried out by Simpson & Brown over two phases. The house is now a luxury holiday let, run by the Landmark Trust.

Blackburn House

Major restorations works were carried out at the category A-listed 18th century Blackburn House between 2005 and 2008. The house and outbuildings now provide office and studio space for the Creative Industries.

Blairtummock House

Blairtummock House is a category B-listed building in Easterhouse, Glasgow. We were the architects for its conversion to an Enterprise Centre providing office accommodation as part of the area regeneration.

Cringletie House Hotel

Cringletie House is a mid-19th century Scots Baronial mansion near Peebles, now operating as a luxury Hotel. In 2004 Simpson & Brown carried out extensive remodelling work including the addition of a new lift.

A £1M roof works contract at category A listed Dunvegan Castle on the isle of Skye was completed in 2012. Additional work at the castle has included a new ticket office and window repairs.
