Simpson & Brown's eco house in Edinburgh is on the Edinburgh Architectural Association Awards 2012 shortlist.

The house has been designed to take full advantage of its south-facing sloping site, filling the rooms with light and warmth. High insulation and sustainable technology will ensure that the house has minimal environmental impact.
